What will my first visit consist of?
Typically your new patient visit will consist of filling out medical forms and releases through our paperless system, x-rays, and speaking with your dentist or hygienist to determine what kind of cleaning and/or treatment is needed for your specific needs. We usually allow 1 1/2 hours for your appointment so as to provide enough time to take care of all of your needs/concerns. We do ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork.
What type of dental insurance do you accept?
Our office is in-network for most major dental PPO insurance plans such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Metlife, Aetna, United Healthcare and many others. If you have a question about your insurance plan, please feel free to call our office and we are more than happy to answer any question you may have.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
If you don’t currently have insurance, don’t worry! Our office believes that everyone should have access to quality dental care. For this reason, we have finance options available with CareCredit. Our office manager would be happy to answer any questions and go over treatment plans for your needs.
How often should I go to the dentist?
We recommend you see your dentist for a cleaning/exam at least every 6 months unless otherwise discussed with your provider.
Do you offer orthodontics?
We currently offer Invisalign as an orthodontic option. Your dentist will be happy to discuss if you are a candidate for Invisalign.
Do you offer teeth whitening?
We do offer whitening to create a whiter smile! We offer 2 types: In-office laser whitening and home whitening trays. Your provider would love to discuss these options with you.
Do you accept children as patients?
We do see children and are happy to accommodate families for appointments.
